- Maintain account records.
- Prepare operating and capital budgets.
- Orchestrate the annual audit and income tax preparations.
- Distribute comprehensive monthly financial reports to each board member.
- Attend board meetings.
- Maintain resident contact lists.
- Mail periodic notices to residents, keeping them informed of board decisions.
- Assist the board in policy administration.
- Manage insurance policies.
- Supervise the association's personnel, include hiring, firing and payroll.
- Prepare and file forms, reports and returns required by law.
